- All orders and deliveries are under Dutch law
- All delivery costs will be charged against cost-price
- Consignments to Norway and Canaric Islands and all other countries outside the EU require a Phytosanitairy certificate; there will be an additional charge for that of (€ 50).
- Reclamations have to be made in written within 8 days after the receipt of the goods. Reclamations will not automatically be accepted and should be reasonable and have a ground.
- Compensation of eventual damage will never exceed the value of the goods in concern.
- Orders are taken in production based on the date of receipt. I fan item is not available anymore, we shall propose to you a best available replacement.
- We only supply goods that guarantee optimal flowering.
- In case of circumstances we call on force majeure, which releases us from our obligation to deliver.
- All reclamations or disputes resulting from our deliveries c.q. terms of sale and that cannot be resolved between parties, will be forwarded to the competent court in the Netherlands.
